You’re not going anywhere – Colin Fassnidge’s family vacation plans were thwarted at the last minute by a positive RAT test on Thursday … so he decided to host an online cooking tutorial.

‘Eggplant, bolognese, mozzarella … great snack,’ began Fassnidge in images shared on TikTok.

‘So today, I should have been on vacation, but I have Omicron … what do you call it … Covid,’ he continued.

The successful chef went on to tell his fans that he had leftover bolognese and eggplant made, so he decided to whip up a quick meal for dinner.

Colin began his demonstration by frying the eggplant in olive oil and garlic before seasoning it.

‘Take all that oil, I seasoned it, added a little flavor … sweet baby Covid Omicron Jesus,’ he continued.

Colin then added basil to the Bolognese alongside cheese, joking, ‘Covid doesn’t hold me back. I’m sweating, my nose is running, ‘before assuring his viewers that he was fine.

Don’t worry, the people I’ve given it to to have Covid, you know, I don’t need the gloves; I don’t need a hat, ‘he added, presumably referring to his family members.
